How does it work in practice?
We will be doing an online session where I will guide you through the face yoga exercises and face massage sculpting techniques to lift, tone and contour your face. We will be sitting on a chair and I also recommend that you have a small mirror next to you. The duration of my class is one hour and it is a compilation of warm up, lymphatic drainage and targeting the different areas of the face and neck. It is my job to make sure that you're doing the face yoga techniques correctly on your skin with proper form and technique.
